Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: *Participants must be registered and have paid the appropriate fee to attend the meeting. *Participants are responsible for ensuring that their computer or device meets the requirements to access the workshop. *The Meeting Organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop at any time and will provide a full refund to all registered participants. *Participants are responsible for ensuring that they attend the workshop on the scheduled date and time. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed sessions. *The Workshop Organizer reserves the right to modify the content, timing, or duration of the workshop as necessary. *The content and materials provided during the online workshop are the intellectual property of the Workshop Organizer and may not be reproduced or distributed without their written consent. *Participants agree to act professionally and respectfully during the workshop and towards other participants. Refund Policy: *All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Workshop Organizer. *For cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop, a full refund will be provided minus a 10% administration fee. *For cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop, a 50% refund will be provided. *No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop or for missed sessions. Anew Coaching and Consulting respects the confidentiality of your practice, your clients, and the information discussed during billing consultations. All nonpublic information shared during the consultation—including client information, billing records, claims, and practice information—will remain confidential and will be used only to provide the agreed consultation services.
