Meet the owner

I began with a solo therapy practice and grew Anew U Counseling Services into a group practice. Leading clinicians taught me lessons I now share through Anew Coaching & Consulting, where I support therapists and practice owners while continuing to provide counseling. My passion for access to care also inspired Anew U Community Counseling Center, a nonprofit serving the community and training future clinicians. Each chapter reflects my belief that a changing vision can open new ways to help others.
